Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 26/03/2026.

We at Wake Deep Studio, we believe that high-end digital craft should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to ensuring our website is inclusive and usable for all visitors, regardless of their technical ability or physical impairment.

As a studio specializing in motion and visual effects, we recognize that highly visual content can present unique challenges. We strive to balance our "Decade of Craft" with modern accessibility standards to ensure our work can be experienced by the widest possible audience.

Compliance Status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA standards. Our website is designed and developed with the following considerations:

  • Keyboard Navigation: Ensuring the site is fully navigable without the use of a mouse.

  • Text Alternatives: Providing descriptive Alt Text for our high-end renders and portfolio imagery.

  • Visual Clarity: Maintaining a high contrast ratio for text to ensure readability.

Limitations and Alternatives

While we strive for full compliance, we acknowledge that some of our legacy portfolio pieces or complex 3D simulations may not yet be fully optimized for screen readers or audio description. We are constantly working to improve these areas as we update our archive.

Feedback and Contact Information

If you encounter any difficulty accessing our content or have suggestions on how we can improve the accessibility of our site, we want to hear from you.

We aim to respond to all accessibility inquiries within 3 business days.

  • Email: hello@wakedeepstudio.com

  • Response Format: If you require information in an alternative format (such as a plain-text transcript of a video reel), please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Declaration of Partial Compliance (Third-Party Content)

Wake Deep Studio utilizes third-party content and integrated tools to showcase our portfolio. We declare partial compliance with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard due to the following elements which are outside of our direct control:

  • Video Hosting Platforms: Our showreels and project films are hosted via third-party players (such as Vimeo or YouTube). While we endeavor to provide accessible captions, the underlying code and interface of these players are managed by the respective service providers.

  • Social Media Integrations: Embedded content from platforms like Instagram or LinkedIn may not fully meet all accessibility criteria, as these are provided as-is by the platforms.

  • Client Assets: Certain project-based content or brand assets showcased in our portfolio were produced under specific client requirements and may not feature full audio descriptions or closed captioning at the source.
